Amul, the market leader in India for ice cream, provides a vast array of ice creams in various flavors, price ranges, pack sizes, and packaging types, giving customers an abundance of options.  Amul is enabling both athletes and non-athletes with the smart introduction of its high-protein line.  This season, KKR has Amul Ice Cream and Amul Protein as official partners.  The KKR team advanced the protein revolution by introducing Amul's most recent invention, the first high-protein kulfi in history.

On April 25, 2025, Amul High Protein Kulfi was introduced at a lavish occasion held at ITC Sonar in Kolkata.  For the general public, it is a revolutionary high-protein product.  Each mango-flavored, high-protein kulfi has just 57 calories and 10g of protein.  It contains no added sugar, is lactose-free, low in fat, prebiotic, and contains 100 million CFU of probiotics.  It will soon be available on all of Amul's official quick-commerce partners, with a 60g pack costing just Rs 40.  "We are excited about this innovation and many more upcoming high-protein products like paratha, sandwiches, snacks, ice cream, coffee, etc., to ensure that every Indian gets at least 1g of protein per kg of body weight every day," stated Jayen Mehta, Managing Director of Amul.

The fitness and nutrition industry has been blown away by Amul's high-protein line, which is only accessible on Amul's direct-to-consumer website, shop.amul.com.  Introduced in 2022, this line includes lactose-free chocolate WPC, high-protein paneer with 25% protein (Rs 150 for 205g), high-protein dahi with 25g protein (Rs 70 for 400g), and India's first plain lactose-free WPC, which offers 25g of protein in a single-serve 32g sachet without any added sweeteners, colors, or flavors.

Every product has been created to optimize the ratio of protein to calories, allowing consumers to take protein without consuming additional calories from fats and carbohydrates, which they already obtain from their normal diet.  There is a product to satisfy everyone's needs thanks to functional advantages including being lactose-free, having no added sugar, being low-fat or fat-free, and providing fewer than 100 calories per serving.

Protein is the solution if Indians are to get stronger, and Amul, the dairy juggernaut, is the ideal candidate to lead the charge.  Amul is the biggest producer of cheese in the nation and collects more than 350 lakh liters of milk daily, guaranteeing enough milk protein to make the best high-protein items that are naturally a part of the Indian diet.

The preferred protein of elite athletes and fitness enthusiasts is already Amul Protein.  The protein revolution will eventually result in a notable increase in Indians' physical prowess.
